Kubi Springer, Executive Producer, Sisterhood TV

Brief:
Kubi Springer commenced coaching whilst predominantly a marketing consultant in the family business, plus having her own interests in media, public speaking and entertainment.

Action:
Early coaching effort was focused on the true aspirations of Kubi Springer. This challenge encouraged Kubi to think big, to overcome the emotional hurdle of announcing her intentions to her family/business colleagues and to clarify what was possible. Next came the structuring of the new elements of her media-related business empire and putting the foundations in place. The issue for Kubi was how to not let these demanding elements consume her. The sessions allowed Kubi to take an external view of what she had to do and plan her time, energy and effort accordingly.

Result:
Kubi Springer has now established an award winning television talk show Sisterhood TV, is a regular on the marketing public speaking tour and has launched Girls Club a dance academy for girls.
