Jonathan Davies, Global Head of Recruitment, Royal Bank of Scotland

Brief:
Jonathan Davies had ambitious expansion plans for his division and was unable to find the time needed to smooth out his income stream, have consistent business processes and bring his team on in order to do so.

Action:
Jonathan sought to achieve focus for himself and his business, engaging in coaching to benefit from being held to account, to clarify where his efforts need to be focused in the business and taking time out to identify the development requirements of his key staff. The consistent and regular sessions ensure progress against plans, whilst Jonathan further benefited from having an external, independent perspective.

Result:
After only 3 months of coaching, the division had their most successful month ever. Jonathan is implementing a growth plan with his team on board, with the milestones set, including the opening of additional regional centres. Key staff are now undertaking a coaching programme themselves.
