Leighton Jones, Project Director, Ericsson

Brief:
Faced with changing structures at work, Leighton Jones was faced with a number of options in terms of the development of his career with Ericsson. Leighton engaged The Number Seven to work with to identify a path to meet his existing and future requirements.

Action:
The principle focus of the coaching was the identification and management strategy for the stakeholders, both internal and external. Leighton used the coaching to identify a number of potential scenarios, selecting those that he wanted to pursue. With the appropriate information to hand, Leighton executed his planned strategy to manage stakeholders' expectations to clearly outline his preferred option.
